Commencement of Reservoirs Act
The Scottish Government are currently consulting on the commencement of the Reservoirs (Scotland) Act 2011. This Act is relevant to members with reservoirs and artificial or part-artificial lochs with a capacity of at least 10,000 cubic metres. Reservoirs of this size and larger will fall within the new regulatory regime.

Information about police investigation leaked by anonymous website
