Members of the three Ayrshire local authorities are working together as the Ayrshire & Arran Tourism Team to increase and develop the tourism market, create jobs and encourage people to spend in the area. In partnership with the British Deer Farms and Parks Association (BDFPA) and the Scottish Venison Partnership (SVP), this demonstration day will focus on deer farming and will showcase diversification opportunities for farmers and land managers.

Given the ever increasing demand for Scottish Venison we believe that the event will be very well attended. Our programme of speakers in the morning is still to be finalised and will be followed by a networking lunch, and an exciting site visit will conclude the afternoon session.
